Matt’s Maker Space is a place where kids can explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) through experiential and hands-on learning. They provide opportunities for kids to create and collaborate in a safe and judgment-free environment.
There is a Matt’s Maker Space in each of the seven Mt. Lebanon elementary schools. Each Maker Space is as unique as the students in the school. Each school was given a budget and they prepared their own design for the space and ordered their own equipment.
