This Matt's Maker Space is located in the Franklin Building in the South Side of Pittsburgh. The space is one of our newest designs, created with an awareness of psychosocial and emotional learning needs. The outpatient population at this center are stepping down from an inpatient experience. Their day mirrors a school day and the building resembles a school. In the maker space, patients are able to create, design, dream in a colorful, safe, and interesting space. Therapists are able to work with patients in this setting as well. Matt’s Maker Space has quickly become a favorite of patients and staff!
